OnChat : Troubleshooting

First, check your system requirements to make sure that your computer can run OnChat.

Next try flushing your browser cache, closing all the browser windows and restarting the browser. In Netscape to flush the cache, look under the menu Edit -> Preferences. In Internet Explorer this is under the menu View -> Internet Options.

If your computer meets the requirements but you still cannot enter the chat room, contact us and describe the problem. (when u contact us we log the browser and system type to try to analyze the problem). Thanks :)
