To participate as a Level 4 Affiliate:

1. You need to be a member of OnChat.
2. Sign up for Level 4 Affiliate.
Fee: $300.00 setup fee plus either:
A. $0.02 per user with a Minimum of US$100.00/month
B. $0.01 per user with a Minimum of US$200.00/month
